DAB Esybox Max: Modular Commercial Water Pressurisation System
The DAB Esybox Max is an integrated pumping system built for water pressurisation in commercial building service. Available in two power sizes, it’s composed of modular elements — single, double, triple, or quadruple unit configurations covering the needs of medium to large condominiums and high-rise buildings, even over 14 floors.
Assembled On Site, By One Person
Each unit consists of a hydraulic connection base and a pumping unit — an electronic vertical multi-impeller pump, display, Wi-Fi module, pressure sensors, non-return valve, and expansion tank, all integrated. The support base and wireless communication between pumps allow the system to be assembled directly at the installation site, even by a single installer, using DAB’s On Site Assembly (OSA) concept.
Built for High-Rise Performance
Esybox Max delivers up to 17.4 m³/h (290 l/min) with a head of 96 m and operating pressure up to 12 bar (1200 kPa) — performance built for tall buildings and larger commercial sites, not single homes. A water-cooled permanent magnet motor paired with a variable frequency drive keeps pressure constant as demand changes, improving efficiency and reducing energy costs.
Hyper-Connected
Native Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity let pumps communicate with each other and with external systems in real time. Through DAB’s H2D platform, facility managers can monitor performance, receive anomaly alerts before they become failures, and adjust configurations remotely — reducing the number of site visits needed for routine checks.
Modular and Easy to Handle
Despite being the largest model in the Esyline range, Esybox Max ships in compact, lighter packaging with integrated handles, so each component can be transported and installed separately — useful for tight plant rooms in older buildings as well as new construction.
BMS Integration
The Esy I/O expansion module (available as an accessory) lets Esybox Max interface directly with a building’s BMS (Building Management System) — relevant for commercial and institutional properties with centralized monitoring requirements.
