We work with a range of international and local brands and provide products and solutions according to customer, project, commercial, residential, agricultural, industrial, and institutional requirements.

Products and Services

AY Internationals provides water pumps, pumping systems, fire-fighting products, engineering solutions, installation services, maintenance, technical assistance, spare parts, and related equipment. Product availability, technical specifications, features, applications, models, brands, capacities, dimensions, and performance may vary according to manufacturer updates and project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate project specifications and operating requirements before final product selection or installation.

Quotations and Pricing

All quotations issued by AY Internationals are subject to availability, technical confirmation, applicable taxes, transportation charges, installation requirements, exchange-rate fluctuations where applicable, and any other conditions mentioned in the quotation. Prices displayed or communicated may be changed without prior notice unless a quotation has been formally accepted within its stated validity period. A quotation does not create a binding obligation until it has been formally accepted and any required advance payment or purchase order has been received.

Orders and Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after AY Internationals has accepted the customer’s purchase order, advance payment, written confirmation, or other agreed documentation. AY Internationals reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is incorrect pricing, product unavailability, technical incompatibility, payment issues, incorrect information, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Product Specifications

Customers should review all technical specifications before purchasing a product or approving a proposed solution. Product images, catalogues, descriptions, diagrams, specifications, and information displayed on our website are provided for general reference. Actual products may differ slightly due to manufacturer revisions, model updates, design improvements, or production changes. The manufacturer’s latest technical documentation will take priority where specifications differ.

Product Selection

AY Internationals may provide technical guidance to assist customers in selecting suitable pumps, motors, accessories, fire-fighting equipment, or related systems. Final product selection depends on accurate information provided by the customer, including flow requirements, pressure, head, operating conditions, liquid characteristics, electrical supply, installation conditions, and intended application. AY Internationals will not be responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

Installation and Commissioning

Where installation or commissioning services are included, the customer must provide suitable site access, electrical connections, civil works, water connections, foundations, pipelines, safety arrangements, and other site requirements unless specifically included in our quotation. Additional work caused by site conditions, changes in scope, inaccessible locations, incorrect preparation, or customer-requested modifications may be charged separately.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. AY Internationals will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules but will not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, customs clearance, transport issues, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or contract. Customers must make payments according to the agreed schedule. AY Internationals may suspend delivery, installation, servicing, warranty processing, or other work where payments are overdue. Any bank charges, taxes, duties, or transaction charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty

Products supplied by AY Internationals may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty duration, coverage, limitations, and claim procedures depend on the relevant manufacturer and product. Warranty generally does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, dry running, unsuitable voltage, improper electrical connections, unauthorized modifications, abnormal operating conditions, incorrect maintenance, external damage, or operation outside manufacturer specifications.

Warranty Claims

Customers requesting warranty support may be required to provide proof of purchase, invoice details, product serial numbers, photographs, installation details, operating information, and other relevant documentation. Products may need to be inspected by AY Internationals or the manufacturer before any warranty claim is approved. Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically guarantee replacement, repair, or refund.

After-Sales Service

AY Internationals provides after-sales support, maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, spare parts assistance, and technical guidance depending on product type, availability, service location, and contractual arrangements. Service visits, replacement parts, transportation, labour, inspection, or repair may involve additional charges unless covered under an applicable warranty or service agreement.

Fire Protection Products and Systems

Fire protection equipment and systems must be selected, installed, tested, maintained, and operated according to applicable technical requirements, project specifications, manufacturer instructions, and relevant safety standards. Customers, consultants, contractors, and system operators remain responsible for ensuring that the complete fire protection system meets applicable regulatory, building, insurance, and project requirements.

Third-Party Brands

AY Internationals supplies and supports products associated with various manufacturers and brands. All brand names, trademarks, product names, logos, images, and technical materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a manufacturer or brand does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to AY Internationals.

Website Information

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, specifications, prices, availability information, images, or technical details will always be completely error-free or current. AY Internationals reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify website content, or change product details without prior notice.

Force Majeure

AY Internationals will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, government restrictions, import restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, war, civil disturbances, pandemics, shortages, power failures, or supplier delays.

Cancellation of Orders

Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation may not be possible for specially ordered, imported, customized, manufactured, configured, or project-specific products. Where cancellation is accepted, applicable costs already incurred by AY Internationals may be deducted from any refundable amount.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the product condition, manufacturer policy, reason for return, order type, and any specific terms agreed at the time of purchase. Customized, installed, used, damaged, imported-on-request, or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return or refund.
